Petition ID 2713: Implant no longer visible

I no longer seem to have an Implant. I noticed it about a day (real day, not game day) after my last DK, but I remember noticing right after the DK that the left side of my combat screen seemed oddly empty. I couldn't put my finger on what was missing and put it down to my level-1 lack of grenades.
