Petition ID 271: Tynan's effects continue after DK

If I remember correctly, all effects from training at Tynan's were supposed to be reset after a DK. I recently DK'd and am finding that my training effects from my previous DK are still present and fading with each NewDay as normal.

Not sure when this started happening, or if I'm wrong about the expected behavior.
