Petition ID 27: Memories disappear when added to a Place

Hi, I just used my Programmer's Selection Box. It nicely gave me 4 of all programming items. Next I tried to place a memory in my place: Small Cottage at 11,9 (ID: 277), which seem to go fine. The game asks me to give the memory a name, which I named \Racal\. Pressing enter made me go back to the memories page and there I got the message:
No Memories have been defined just yet And indeed the memory I just placed is gone. As a test I went to my other place, Watch HQ at 14,9 (ID: 311) and dropped a memory there too. I named that one \test\. Same problem there too, as I got the message:
No Memories have been defined just yet. And even for that building the memory is gone Please some help with this. If additional information is needed, do let me know. Thanks
