Petition ID 2659: Mini-HOF in odd tab for Preferences

I was looking through preferences and noticed that the mini HOF for stamina related actions was under the Donation tab. I think this happened by mistake when it seems more of a display or game behavior item. I don't know how long it has been there but I figured it should be brought to attention since there might be some who would like to have that in an area where they might expect it and use it.
