Petition ID 2653: Color code not showing up properly in Customize Character

At first I thought this was a problem with my monitor, but now it's clearly not. When using the `# color code in roll overs, titles, and whatnot, it always shows up as the wrong color. Before it used to be similar to `L, but now it's showing up as `Q for me. It gets fixed on the actual Island page, but when I'm looking through the Customize Character link, the preview is always incorrect.
