Petition ID 2614: I tried using special comments on the notice board and it took two of my quills without the comment

WHAT: I was given a small set of quills to post a comment on the noticeboard but when I tried to use my quills it told me I used a quill and the total amount of quills I have is depleting. But it didn't post either of my comments on the board.
How: I just tried posting a comment on the board normally with a set of quills in my inventory.
Where:It happened in NewHome http://www.improbableisland.com/village.php?chatting=true&comment=true#commentaryjump_global
When: The problem happened a couple minutes ago about 1:50 EST
