Petition ID 2542: Down Below out-of-bounds

Moving from DB level 2 to level 1 doesn't put me on the stairs from 1 to 2, but rather at the upper left corner of the level 1 map.
At that point I'm able to move in any direction, through walls, including off the map (thereby disappearing). If I then move back onto the map, navigation is normal again.

I tried it several times, same result every time. The issue has persisted after a newday.
Additionally: one time, after walking around out of bounds for a bit, I got an extra line (like what Zoinks reported yesterday) with an out-of-bounds FoeBot.
