I'm pretty sure I never touched the equipment tune up this DK, and I have 1148 favor, but I can't get her to tune up my equipment

I'm not sure if it matters, but I got tired of rank 6 and tuned down to rank 5 to finish it out. If it helps, I got boated by the Drive but not by the Improbably Burny Fire
