Petition ID 244: Mouseovers in chat not working?

I've noticed that when I go to rollover another player's (and my own) mouseover in chat, to view their appearance, nothing pops up. I don't believe that it started after I did anything in particular, it just seemed to stop working. It's been about 4 or 5 days now, and I had thought that it would work itself out with time, or by me cleaning some useless files out, but no such luck. This occurs in every area I go into that involves both Story chatting and Banter. I've also confirmed that there are other people who have the same problem. Thank you for your consideration.
