Petition ID 2425: Strong attacks while guard is broken.

I recently Drive Killed, so I cannot find it again until I level some more.
While fighting a Canadian Mosquito (and it happens with some others which I will try to find) I broke its guard. All targets green, text says Guard Broken. I attack, and Canadian Mosquito does 50 or so damage because the text says that Canadian Mosquito tries a Strong Attack WHICH I CANNOT PARRY. Continues until I am dead since I did not notice. I was a midget at the time.
