What:
When running away while fighting in the jungle, each time you fail to run away, you gain experience (it is noticeable if you have the mini HoF enabled). But, when you successfully run away, you do not gain any experience from the action.
How:
It seems this is possible in the jungles, as well as when traveling on the map. Any time you run and fail, you get experience, but you learn nothing from successful runs.

I don't think there is a specific URL for this one, it happens everywhere.
When:
I noticed the problem a few days ago, but likely it has been going on for a while. How often do people check their experience summing?
