I got on today after the servers were down and someone was trying to navigate one of my Places (CAKE HQ, 11,7) but could not, citing that there were no doors. When I went to investigate, I discovered that all the programs in the place no longer existed. As of submitting this, they still do not. (http://bit.ly/1l4bEkp contains a screenshot of what I'm seeing.)

I went to check another place of mine on the same square (Forest and Cabin) and found that there were no rooms. It was back at the menu that you get when you are first starting to build, only I have no links to add rooms. This also goes for A Massive Shrine Gate, which I have the keys to, and the Kit Kat Den, which I do not. I haven't seen any other Places affected like this, but I only checked a few of mine. The other two places I checked that were under my ownership had no issues at all.
