What: Enchanting Entrant applied attribute does not show for characters who show a memento with that attribute.
How: Make a memento, apply that attribute, then show the memento in your inventory to appear in your bio. You get no points in "Enchanting Entrant"
Where: Memento Forge/Inventory/Bio.
When: I made a Diamond Tiara memento a long time ago (4 months), and a different version recently. It never has shown the "Enchanting Entrant" attribute point.
