Petition ID 2072: Cannot decorate pages (after being moved)

I've been trying to decorate some pages in one of my Places (Skronky HQ - two squares SW of Squat Hole). When I try, I can set up the job as per normal, and it appears on the current jobs screen as usual. I can even click and expend the stamina to complete the job. BUT the page remains undecorated. I've tried this four times on the one page (ID. 13586), and it is still as blank as when it was first built. Bummer.
What I think is relevant. I had a whole bunch of unused pages scattered around all over the place and spent half hour or so gathering them together into one room so that I could find them easily. So essentially they have been moved.
Petition 2051 suggests that something similar happens with master settings. I can't just move them back to the rooms that they first came from, as I have no idea which rooms they are any more.
This means that I have about thirty or so pages which are now unusable. Which is unfortunate.
