Petition ID 2044: Story Passes are ungiftable, and it's all too easy to accidentally buy duplicates

When you're in the Hunter's Lodge, looking for things to buy, it can be hard to remember which of the Story Passes you've bought and which you haven't. (The titles there don't perfectly match the ones you see in your Notebook, after all.) You can scroll all the way down to click through to your inventory, scroll down again, write down what you've got, click back, scroll again, and then try to match that up, but ... well. I just bought a duplicate because I'm smart like that.
I was then going to send it to a friend who doesn't have one, but, in the Gifting Station, there are no story passes on the list of things I can send.
Suggestions:
1. Do something so that it's easier to only buy the correct story passes (perhaps with an "you already have one of this" label?)
2. Don't let, or at least add a thing to remind before, people buy duplicate passes.
3. Make them giftable, so people can send on the extras they stupidly buy.
4. Or at least make them Discardable so that they're not stuck with that bright-blue "2" in their inventory.
5. Also, how about making them buyable from in the Notebook itself, not just in the Lodge? Like the way you can buy Programming stuff from in your Place?
