Petition ID 20: Rally: navlink to list of Points disappears once you've hit all the Unordered points.

WHAT: The nav link disappears. This could make someone who had entered the Rally unable to find all the points except by combing all thousand squares of the map.

HOW: Enter Rally. Hit all 50 of the Unordered points before hitting all 50 of the Sequenced Points.
