Petition ID 1872: Unable to access pages besides page 1 in multipage places

What and how: When you enter an area with more than one page to display, on the left it shows Page 1 (1-x), with x being the total number of pages. When this is clicked to navigate to another page (assumed page two), I am brought back to page one.
I have only ran into this problem at Sheila's Shack O' Shiny in the armor and weapon sections, though those are the only places I have currently run into that have more than one page (yes I'm new). Not posting URL's as there doesn't seem to be a "static" url for Shelia's Shack (ie different url every time).
I have had this problem for the two or so days I've been a player. Tried this in both Firefox and Chromium, and I have tried clearing cookies and cache.
