Petition ID 174: Server Clock Off By 25 Minutes

I've been noticing that all Distractions I receive have been from 25 minutes in the past, somehow. these were plot-triggered Distractions that showed up in my inbox right after the plot point but with an incorrect timestamp. I think the server's clock needs to be corrected.
