Petition ID 1614: Editing Master Settings reverts color codes (navigation) for Places to HTML

I get a <span> code instead of the implemented tilde codes in the first two fields of Master Settings (for traveling from room to room) whether i'm editing it or not. The engine displays it in the entry fields whether i'm bothering with it or not.
