Petition ID 1503: Herbs/Crates not appearing on Map Squares

There don't seem to be any herbs/crates available for pickup on the new map squares. I had 2 hits on a crate sniffer, walked the complete 3-click grid and didn't find anything.

I haven't seen any herbs available for pickup, either. I checked in global Banter and no one else seemed to have found any.
