Petition ID 1240: Jill doesn't heal after running away from a fight

WHAT: On the level 2 quest with Jill as a companion, Jill completely heals herself at the Hospital immediately after you win a fight, but not after you run away from one. This seems inconsistent so I'm assuming it's not intentional.
WHERE: In the jungle (after a fight)
HOW: Go to the jungle, look for Trouble or an Easy Fight (I haven't tested Big Trouble for fear of killing poor Jill). Allow Jill to take damage and then run away.
WHEN: Since I started the Jill quest yesterday.
