Petition ID 1225: Quick keys (a for bank, h for shop) don't work in Newhome

Inside of buildings, the quick keys system works fine. But on the main Newhome page, I can't select anything unless I click on it. Hardly urgent, but really annoying.

It's been that way since I joined two days ago. Clearly you're supposed to be able to use quick keys, because there are underlined letters.

Has anyone else had this problem?
