Petition ID 1149: Teaching Timed Combat is Broken

Everyone, including mods, are unable to teach anyone timed combat. I tried to teach a newbie, but it didn't work. I then asked a mod (Ebenezer) to try to teach the newbie, and he said it didn't work for him either. This is the link that was used:

Id hazard a guess that the peoblem has been occurring now for about four days? It may be longer than that, but I have no way to tell. Thanks for looking into it!
