Petition ID 1045: Export Commentary (Timeless) gives "Character�emotes" instead of properly inserting the space

WHAT: Exporting Commentary (I've only tried it with Timeless) gives you something like this:

Iriana, making silly faces, sits down.
Iriana�carries on making silly faces even when you tell her to cut it out.

A character right after the name (,) works fine, but a space after the name gives you a weird symbol. It also shows up in the source code in the browser. In Chrome, in both graphic and source it's a black diamond with a question mark in it; in IE, the graphic is a little box and the source shows a ?.

HOW: Export Commentary with the Timeless option. Not sure if it happens with other options.

WHERE: Exported from a room of a Place (a house by the sea, 9,10). Not sure if it happens in other chat areas.
