Petition ID 1042: Rate a Monster you haven't fought

If you go into the Jungle just after defeating your Dojo Master, you'll see the "Rate a Monster" blurb.
Now, it would be neat if this let us rate the Masters, but that's not happening. Instead, we get to rate a monster that we haven't just fought: after defeating Kouska, I was offered the opportunity to rate "Humanmorph", and Tom Carney let me rate "", which I'm not sure even exists.
I've only just noticed this, but I can't say for sure it's a new issue.
