Well, when you go to someone's bio and click 'distract this player', it send you to your distractions, but it does not add the player to the field for receiver if the message.
Just clicking on someone's name and visiting there bio, and clicking the link for the distractions.
Where is on the bio.
It started when the new distraction box system went in.
I noticed it a few times when I was trying to send a message to someone via their bio.
