Petition ID 1011: Owners of a lace can edit the new Banter System

When I am inside of my own place, the X's and Checkmarks that appear in the story and banters to the left of all posts inside of my house are visible, and still functional, so essentially I can mod the island Banter.

This has only occurred since the universal Island banter came into effect.
